Role Overview
The Clinical Manager leads and oversees Behavioral Health Services operations, supervising counseling staff, managing clinical and fiscal functions, providing direct therapeutic and case management services to individuals and families, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and fostering continuous professional growth and service excellence.
- Directly responsible for the overall management of the assigned area of Behavioral Health Services, providing administrative supervision, planning, programming and fiscal management. Oversee team that provides therapeutic counseling services to identified program clients.
- Carry a client case load; effectively engage individuals, youth and families experiencing behavioral health issues and psychosocial stressors in the therapeutic process.
- Provide short and longāterm case management/counseling services as well as stabilization and support services to individuals and families needing specialized intensive case management and behavioral health services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage in ongoing learning, training, and skill development, seeking and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and contribute to team and organizational success.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field of study 1-3 years relevant experience
- 3-5 years relevant experience
Certifications and Licensure
- Minimum: LCSW/LCPC

Minimum: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology
Relevant Experience:
Preferred: 5 years experience
Minimum: 3 Years 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals, youth and families Including Clinical Supervision

Minimum: LCSW or LCPC
