Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Clinical Research (Psychiatry)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annually

The Clinical Research Division at The IMA Group is at the forefront of psychiatric drug development, running trials for the next generation of therapies in depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and other conditions that desperately need better options. We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience to join our Chicago research team and play a direct role in bringing breakthrough treatments from trial to reality.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential study participants and determine trial eligibility
• Perform physical and psychiatric assessments as part of study protocols
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, sponsor requirements, and internal SOPs
• Collaborate with Sponsors, Study Monitors, and Medical Monitors
• Complete required sponsor training and attend investigator meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (Illinois)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical and/or research experience
• Psychiatric clinical experience required
• Clinical research experience preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong psych backgrounds and a willingness to learn research processes
