Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and deliver high-caliber candidates across diverse functional areas, ranging from corporate professional roles to regional field/property management positions across the U.S.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with department leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define position requirements, align on candidate criteria, and set expectations for interview timelines.
  • Proactive Sourcing Strategy: Utilize direct sourcing, networking, specialized job boards, referral channels, and creative search methods to build active and passive candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Employer Branding & Marketing: Draft and post engaging job requisitions, manage postings across relevant platforms, and represent Remedy’s brand and culture to prospective talent.
  • Process Management & Logistics: Coordinate interview scheduling, conduct initial screening conversations, facilitate feedback sessions with hiring teams, administer pre-employment screenings, and coordinate reference checks.
  • Offer & Onboarding Coordination: Assist with compensation alignment, extend verbal and written job offers, manage candidate negotiations, and partner with the broader HR team to ensure seamless handoffs into onboarding.
  • Recruiting Analytics: Track, maintain, and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate pipeline strength, offer acceptance rates) to continually optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Vendor & Contingent Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external staffing agencies or temporary placement vendors as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide active support on talent retention ideas, university outreach, candidate experience initiatives, and general HR team projects as requested.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Approximately 5 years of dedicated full-cycle corporate recruiting experience supporting nationwide corporate and/or multi-location business operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, standard job boards, and modern recruiting tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with candidates and internal leadership.
  • Organization & Execution: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, track multiple open requisitions concurrently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and fair hiring practices affecting recruitment across multiple states.
  • Flexibility: A collaborative team-player mindset with a willingness to support broader HR department initiatives and cross-train as needed.
