Performs duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist • Customer Service Representatives exhibit good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers • Customer Service representatives provide assistance to technologists, physicians and patients • Checks paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures • May actively participate in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.
