Position Purpose: ​This role will lead the global Total Rewards function within the HR Operations organization and is critical to enabling StoneX's global growth strategy by ensuring reward and compensation programs are consistent, competitive, and scalable. The role provides the foundation for fair, disciplined, and forward-looking pay decisions across the organization. The individual will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, globally consistent reward and compensation programs aligned to StoneX's job architecture and workforce strategy, including completing the global job architecture initiative, implementing salary band structures, and leading annual compensation cycles. This individual will manage a global team and act as a key partner to HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices support growth, competitiveness, and disciplined cost management.​Â

Primary duties will include:Â Â

​​• Lead design and delivery of global compensation programs across all regionsÂ
• Implement and operationalize global pay frameworks, including salary bands and geographic differentialsÂ
• Ensure alignment of compensation strategies to job architecture, career framework, and business prioritiesÂ
• Partner with HRBPs and leadership to provide guidance on complex compensation decisionsÂ
• Complete implementation of global job architecture, ensuring alignment to compensation structuresÂ
• Translate job architecture outputs into structured salary ranges and job leveling consistencyÂ
• Drive global adoption and governance of job families, levels, and pay positioningÂ
• Lead end-to-end annual compensation processes including merit planning, bonus allocation, and approvalsÂ
• Establish clear governance, controls, and timelines to ensure consistent execution globallyÂ
• Partner with Finance and HR leadership to align compensation budgets with business objectivesÂ
• Lead the development of a global benefits and wellbeing strategy, including plan design, harmonization, and employee experienceÂ
• Establish global frameworks for benefits governance, vendor management, and cost optimizationÂ
• Partner with regional teams to ensure locally compliant and competitive benefit offeringsÂ
• Establish and enforce global compensation governance frameworksÂ
• Ensure regulatory compliance across regions, including pay transparency requirements and local market regulationsÂ
• Maintain consistency, equity, and defensibility in compensation decisionsÂ
• Manage and develop a global team while building capability, structured workflows, and ensuring high-quality delivery across regionsÂ
• Act as a key advisor to HR Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders, providing data-driven insights on trends, market positioning, and internal equityÂ
• Support strategic initiatives including workforce transformation, location strategy, and cost management​Â

​​• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards and compensationÂ
• Proven experience implementing job architecture and salary banding frameworksÂ
• Strong experience leading global compensation programs and annual cyclesÂ
• Experience working across multiple regions (US and EMEA required; APAC preferred)Â
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment​Â

Hiring Salary Range $150,000 - $200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)  Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
