Job Title: Line Cook
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Job Summary:
A Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a restaurant kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. They support kitchen staff by ensuring clean supplies are always available and by helping keep the kitchen organized and safe.
Key Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station

Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly sanitized

Empty trash and recycling and keep waste areas clean

Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed

Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies in their proper areas

Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks when needed

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
