- Electrical: Handle light electrical work such as replacing light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, and wall switches.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular walk-throughs of guest rooms as directed by the Maintenance Manager for the hotels formal PM program. Perform inspections and fix minor issues before a guest ever notices them or equipment fails.
- Property Upkeep: Maintain all front-of-house areas (entrance, lobby, hallways, club room areas) and back-of-house spaces (offices, equipment rooms, employee areas) to ensure they are clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Safety & Emergency Response: Familiarize yourself with all fire life safety equipment and emergency procedures; in the event of an emergency, respond following established procedures and help where appropriate to ensure guest and staff safety.
