We are seeking a driven, professional Entry-Level Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of a small commercial contracting and real estate development company. This is a rare opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to executive decision-making, construction operations, real estate finance, and real estate development.

If you are looking for a role that challenges you, expands your skill set, and accelerates your professional growth, this may be a career-defining opportunity.

What You’ll Be Exposed To
  • Real estate development and financing strategy
  • Commercial construction operations
  • Lender research and engagement
  • Subcontractor bid solicitation
  • High-level executive meetings
  • Business opportunity research across multiple platforms
  • Interactions with architects and designers
You will see how deals are structured, how projects are financed, and how a CEO manages a multi-faceted construction and development business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar and schedule
  • Conduct research (lenders, projects, market opportunities, industry data)
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new real estate and construction opportunities
  • Take detailed, organized notes during executive meetings
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through
  • Create and maintain organized Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Communicate with lenders, subcontractors, and industry professionals
  • Run occasional business-related errands
  • Adapt to both office and job site environments

Work Environment Expectations
This role requires versatility:
  • Some days you may be on a construction job site (business casual / job-site appropriate attire)
  • Other days you may attend professional meetings (business professional attire required)
Professional presentation and adaptability are essential.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Strong communicator with clear, professional verbal and written skills
  • Excellent listener and highly detailed note taker
  • Organized and able to execute tasks exactly as directed
  • Tech-savvy with strong Excel/spreadsheet capabilities
  • Comfortable interacting with executives and industry professionals
  • Self-starter who wants to grow beyond a typical administrative role

Experience in real estate, construction, banking, legal, architecture, design, or property management is a plus — but not required. We are willing to teach the right person who is eager to learn the construction and development industry.

A degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Application Requirements
  • Resume submission
  • Professional headshot and/or LinkedIn profile link
  • Willingness to participate in both a phone interview and video interview
This is an opportunity to work directly alongside a CEO and gain real exposure to how commercial construction and real estate development businesses operate.
