What You'll Do
- Prospect and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and networking
- Build your own book of business by developing long-term customer relationships
- Learn how to identify shipping needs and provide customized transportation solutions
- Negotiate pricing and help customers navigate shipping challenges
- Become a trusted resource by delivering exceptional service and communication
- Collaborate with teammates on pricing strategies, account implementation, and problem-solving
- Learn the freight market and develop sales strategies that help you win more business

Qualifications
- High School or GED Equivalent / (AA)(AS) or (BA) a bonusÂ
- Sales experience preferred - but not required
