Housekeeping Manager

Salary $65-$70k

Are you a compassionate leader and skilled Housekeeping Manager committed to delivering five-star service and a high standard of care through excellence in environmental services? If so, then The Clare, the only Continuing Care Retirement Community in the Gold Coast area, wants you! We are seeking to fill a Full-Time Housekeeping Manager role.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeping Manager:
  • Oversee and manage all housekeeping services within the retirement community
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). 
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience required
  • Spanish speaking or fluent preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree or certification in facility management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
