Foreman

Plan shifts and align with other shift leads;
* Manage the shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, monitoring task execution, and following up with all team members.
* Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending) activities within the respective shifts.
* Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines during the respective shifts.
* Execute selected administrative activities related to the shift work.
* Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.
