Tradepost is building the liquidity infrastructure for the real world. We believe that everything you own should be instantly tradeable. Today you can trade stocks and crypto in seconds, but the things you actually own like Pokémon cards, collectibles, watches, and sports cars take weeks to sell, ship, and settle. Tradepost is closing that gap one asset class at a time. We launched sealed Pokémon and sports cards in March and are already doing over $5M/month in volume. Now we're doubling down on what's working.
We're backed by Andreessen Horowitz, alongside angel investors who are current and former executives at Goldman Sachs, Fidelity Investments, Alt, Ticketmaster, Opendoor, and more. We're a small team that's been in this hobby our whole lives, and we know what it takes to bring these asset classes to the next level.
We're looking for a Founding Growth lead who lives and breathes TCGs to scale our Marketplace and Live Trading businesses toward $100M/month. You'll source and close the accounts that matter, then turn what works into the playbook the team runs on. It's your business to build, with all the leverage and resources of Tradepost behind you.
Your Role
Grow Our Existing Business: We have a strong base of resellers and liquidity providers, including some of the biggest streamers, wholesalers, and repackers in the space, with plenty of room to double down.
Onboard More Liquidity: Win the biggest streamers, repackers, and shops we haven't onboarded yet, and own those accounts end-to-end.
Launch Graded and Raw Trading Cards: We've already built instant liquidity on graded and raw cards, and we need an owner to scale the first cohorts of buyers and sellers.
Launch Live Trading: Launch and manage partnerships for our instantly settled, 1:1-backed markets on vaulted inventory, where users trade and invest in sealed, graded, and raw cards as easily as stocks.

Compensation
Base Salary: $135,000 - $175,000
Rev Share: 5–15% of the revenue you generate, uncapped, for the first 12 - 18 months on deals you close
