DLC is one of Addison Group’s five full-time, salaried Accounting and Finance practice models, supporting a diverse Fortune 500 client base across key markets, including Southern California (Los Angeles and Orange County), San Francisco, Chicago, and Philadelphia.

Our model is built on hiring highly accomplished professionals, including those with Big 4 CPA experience and/or top-tier MBA credentials. DLC consultants are seasoned, high-caliber experts equipped to support the complex and evolving needs of our clients.

 

Areas you will have an opportunity to provide support in:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with business unit leads to identify and report key performance indicators to achieve company targets.

  • Preparation of monthly financial reports, summarizing forecast and financial position relative to income, expenses, and earnings.

  • Develop presentations including KPI’s, charts, and trend analysis to provide senior management with an outlook on both near and long-term financial results.

  • Drive profitable and sustainable growth by advising the key business leaders and senior leadership team on risks and opportunities developed through scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.

  • Develop financial models; scenario modeling; prepare summary analyses and presentation packages.

  • Own the P&L and cash flow forecast to support business strategic decision-making, forecasting, and target setting.

  • Provide sales support, including pricing, margin analysis, and trends

  • Oversee capital plans and fixed assets.

  • Prepare trend and supply chain analysis

  • Design and implement solutions to streamline processes and create operational efficiencies.

  • Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and processes when applicable

  • Participate in finance transformation projects, including ERP implementations

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; MBA or in process strongly desired

  • 8+ years in FP&A or Corporate finance role

  • Possess strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Able to work with large data sets, using pivots, v-lookups and be able to merge/consolidate data

  • Be a self-starter with the ability to perform work requiring critical thinking and high attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple requests and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

Compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 - $155,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses.
