Full-TIme Janitor

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Experienced bilingual Janitor in Chicago, 60610.

*Short-term job*

The role involves providing thorough janitorial services for an apartment building, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all residents. Daily duties include cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas such as the lobby, elevators, stairwells, and the laundry room. Responsibilities also include assisting contractors and staff, moving trash dumpsters to the ally, organizing supply closets, and keeping the front of the building free of litter.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 03.30 pm (40 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $21.67/hour bi-weekly pay.

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with all team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.​
• Immediate availability is preferred.​
• At least a year of custodial experience is preferred.​
• A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
