Key Objectives
- Maintain precise and organized data records to support legal case management.

Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within company databases and case management systems.
- Review documents and verify information for completeness and correctness.
- Assist with organizing and filing electronic and physical records in compliance with legal protocols.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys and administrative staff to clarify data discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and data protection policies in handling sensitive legal information.
- Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest practical solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in office administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within the legal services industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
