What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, revenue, labor, and expenses.
• Maintain Marriott brand standards and operational excellence.
• Analyze guest satisfaction scores and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Build a positive, engaging workplace culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Marriott standards, and all safety regulations.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Develop relationships within the local community and represent the hotel professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hotel management experience.
• Previous General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred.
• Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and labor controls.
• Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
