Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $106,073 - $140,549. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Global Business System Change Manager

Essential Functions:

  • Execute change management plans across the GBS program.

  • Lead change impact and readiness assessments, synthesizing insights and escalating risks as needed

  • Identify and address adoption risks, resistance points, and change barriers

  • Support cutover, go-live, and post-implementation adoption and stabilization activities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand local impacts and address concerns

  • Enable sponsors and people leaders through talking points, FAQs, and coaching materials)

  • Serve as a day-to-day change liaison for impacted teams

  • Draft, coordinate, and deliver change communications aligned with the overall change strategy

  • Maintain communication schedules and ensure timely consistent delivery

  • Collect and synthesize feedback through pulse checks and other mechanisms

  • Support training needs analysis and learner impact assessments

  • Coordinate training logistics, materials, job aids, and reinforcement activities

  • Support post-training adoption and behavior change

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Required

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience leading change for enterprise-wide or high-impact transformation initiatives

  • Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional, and technology-enabled change programs, including end-to-end delivery with minimal oversight

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, including sustained adoption at scale across functions or sites

  • Advanced stakeholder influence and alignment capabilities, with experience engaging senior leaders and driving decisions in ambiguous or competing-priority environments

  • Ability to independently translate strategy into integrated change plans, including communications, training, and adoption approaches aligned to business objectives

  • Expertise in impact assessment, risk identification, and mitigation, with the ability to proactively address resistance across diverse stakeholder groups

  • Data-driven approach to change, leveraging KPIs, insights, and feedback loops to adjust strategy and ensure effectiveness at scale

  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including development of clear, compelling messaging for leadership audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and enable leaders, reinforcing accountability and sustaining behavior change beyond initial deployment

  • High degree of autonomy, judgment, and adaptability, operating effectively in dynamic environments with evolving priorities

  • Stakeholder readiness and engagement levels

  • Quality and consistency of communications and enablement materials

  • Smooth transition and sustained adoption post-implementation

Education:

  • Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field

Certifications & Licenses:

  • Change Management Certification (Prosci, ADKAR )
