As a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Analyst you will support a wide variety of projects involving the design, funding, and measurement and ļ¬nancial analysis of the full spectrum of employer health and welfare beneļ¬t programs including medical, dental, life, disability, voluntary beneļ¬ts, etc. You will interface with client teams, contribute to analyses and client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. The Role:
- With clear guidance and direction, play an active support role in multiple client teams developing ļ¬nancial analyses, outputs and client deliverables across a regional team.
- Develop working proļ¬ciency of core ļ¬nancial, actuarial and analytics theories, models and tools.
- Support accurate and reliable claim reporting and ļ¬nancial modeling to guide client decisions.
- Develop basic knowledge of all broad-based beneļ¬t programs (e.g., health care, pharmacy, wellbeing, life, disability, voluntary beneļ¬ts, etc.)
- Assist with ļ¬nancial modeling of beneļ¬t plan designs, cost avoidance/funding strategies, and budget projections and rate/contribution development with clear guidance and direction.
- Take responsibility for execution of speciļ¬c tasks that contribute to ļ¬nancial/actuarial deliverables for clients, with guidance and adherence to stated deadlines.
- Partner with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to deliver superior project management.
- Build strong relationships internally and collaborate eļ¬ectively on cross-functional teams.
