Hub Control Room Agent

Job Duties
Tracks inbound aircraft for the purpose of assigning offload crews to the aircraft and assign containers to the inputs to balance productivity at the unload areas; to coordinate the flow of information regarding flow control inside the hub and information regarding sort down. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D. 

Minimum Experience

One (1) year hub operations experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent customer relations and communication skills are required.

Job Conditions

Non-covered safety-sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $21.28 - $31.11/hr

Additional Details: ***Open to all FedEx employees*** Sun approx 2100-0530, Mon-Thu approx 2300-0730. Must have Microsoft Office knowledge, be able to type, and be proficient in standard computer systems and software. Computer literacy is a must.
