Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Firm’s global HR processes and data management, handling a variety of administrative and employee support tasks in a shared services model. This position supports employees and HR colleagues across all offices worldwide and ensures HR tickets/requests are completed accurately and on-time. The Human Resources Coordinator ensures best-in-class service when supporting assigned teams and when responding to requests and questions from attorneys and business professionals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Complete data entry for new hires, changes/transfers, and terminations in Workday and coordinate related communications and logistics
Facilitate data validation efforts between the HRIS team and data stakeholders, investigate missing information and discrepancies, and propose data entry and auditing process enhancements
Provide front-line support to designated teams and end-users on HR data entry and related requests
Prepare and coordinate new hire onboarding including but not limited to conducting orientation presentations, drafting orientation materials, scheduling meetings, sending welcome emails, and verifying I-9 documentation
Own compliance-related administrative tasks and trainings
Support the HRIS team with Workday troubleshooting, including researching and escalating technical issues, facilitating business process approvals, and testing recommended enhancements
Monitor the HR support queue and provide prompt and accurate responses to HR requests and questions
Support firmwide performance management processes
Assist with biweekly business professional timesheet audits
Maintain electronic personnel files and ensure that all HR onboarding, off-boarding, and talent documents are electronically filed in the worker records
Draft, maintain, and share HR reference documents and supporting materials
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least two (2) years of related experience working with data management practices and employee-focused customer support
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Familiarity with HR Information System (HRIS) software and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize tasks and priorities based on broad objectives and guidance
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly

    Target Hiring Range $65,000 - $70,000

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.Â
