This is a Tier I/Tier II position focused primarily on supporting Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office 365. You will work with users over the phone, over remote support sessions, and in-person on-site at our client's locations as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to help with IT related projects including technology deployments, migrations and upgrades.
This position is work from home in the Chicago Area with on-site visits to client sites as needed. Average 3-4 client site visits per week lasting 1-4 hours each. There will also be periodic opportunities for in-person training and collaboration in Madison, WI. All travel expenses, including mileage to/from client sites paid.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide general IT support to end users via remote support sessions and on-site
• Provide support for Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office 365
• Configure and deploy new laptop and desktop systems
• Document incidents and follow resolution procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Experience and Skill Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required
• Must enjoy working as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
• Ability to solve problems and learn quickly is required
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is helpful
• Experience with building desktops and troubleshooting hardware issues is helpful
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of previous technical support experience is preferred
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy a plus
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Must have work from home accommodations. All equipment will be provided by the company.
