Position Overview It Takes A Village Leadership Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated K–2nd Grade Classroom Teachers to join our elementary school team. In this role, you will create a rigorous, engaging, and supportive learning environment where students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in core subject areas Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Use culturally responsive teaching practices that reflect students’ identities and experiences Build strong relationships with students and families Use assessments and data to inform instruction and support student growth Create a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment Support students’ social-emotional development and positive behavior Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to continuously improve instructional practices and student outcomes Maintain accurate student records, grades, and documentation Perform additional duties as assigned to support classroom, school, and organizational needs Why Join ITAV?
