Oasis Home Services is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team in the Chicago area. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install and service water heaters (tank and tankless).
• Repair and replace faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and fixtures.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer diagnostics, and leak detection.
• Present repair options and educate homeowners on the best solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Accurately document work using a mobile tablet and software.
• Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active Illinois Plumber License (City of Chicago licensing requirements must be met where applicable).
• Minimum 3 years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred:

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
• Experience with sewer diagnostics, drain cleaning, and tankless water heaters.
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
