Job Details: 

• $0.42 - $0.61 per mile 
• Detention pay per hour: $20 - $25 after the first hour 
• Drop and hook pay: $45 per stop
• Live load/unload pay: $67 per stop
• Recovery pay: $25-$50 per occurrence
• Hazmat pay: $30 per load
• Refrigerated pay: $30 per load
• Excessive dunnage pay: $15 per occurrence 
• Crosstown pay: $23-$55 per move
• One-way pay: $25 per occurrence 
• Driver assist pay: $25 per load
• Empty move: $15 per move
• Long-haul pay per load: $50 
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20 
• Rail delay per hour: $20 after 1 hour 
• Refused delivery per stop: $45
• Truck order not used: $25
• Waiting on power unit per hour: $20
• Dwell pay per move: $15 
• Yard work and checks pay per hour: $20
• Spotting pay per move: $5
• Virtual safety training pay per hour: $20
• New hire training pay per day: $250
• Mandatory meeting pay per hour: $22
• Holiday pay: $220 per day
• Jury duty/bereavement pay: $175 per day?? 
• Driver trainer pay per day: $125 
• Trainer hourly pay: $28 per hour???????????????  
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $83,000.00
