Machine Helper

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $17.50/hr. 

What You'll Do

Assist machine operators with loading materials and monitoring production
Ensure the work area is clean and organized for safe and efficient operations
Perform basic machine adjustments and maintenance as directed
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
Help with troubleshooting and problem-solving to reduce downtime

What You'll Bring

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required – we’ll train you!
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
A team player mindset with a focus on safety and quality
