Our media effectiveness client service team are experts in understanding the changing media landscape. They help organizationsĀ optimizeĀ their media campaigns,Ā identifyĀ target audiences, and measure the impact of their marketing efforts. With a focus onĀ cutting edgeĀ technologies, audience measurement, consumer targeting and in-depth intelligence into paid, owned and earned media. Their global coverage and localĀ expertiseĀ enable clients to better understand media audiences and their relationships with brands toĀ optimizeĀ investment.Ā

About the roleĀ 

We areĀ seekingĀ a strategic, client-focused, and detail-oriented ManagerĀ to join ourĀ Client ServiceĀ teamĀ in the Media Solutions group.Ā Ā This role isĀ key toĀ managing client relationships, overseeingĀ the execution ofĀ media campaignĀ research, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service andĀ high-qualityĀ insights. You will serve asĀ aĀ primary point of contact for key clients, collaborating closely with internal teams to drive media strategy, performance, and innovation.Ā

PrimaryĀ Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Responsible for the execution of Media Solution projects while supporting higher complexity projects and/or advising team members on completion of tasksĀ Ā 

  • OptimizeĀ efficiency of delivery without sacrifice of quality.Ā Ā 

  • Builds an understanding of our Media capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods; working to build BrandĀ expertise.Ā Ā 

  • Utilize various tools and partners to complete studies from start to finish.Ā 

  • Day to dayĀ tasksĀ mayĀ includeĀ study setup, survey design, data analysis, reportĀ writingĀ and presentation of resultsĀ for med-high complexity projects.Ā 

  • OwnsĀ and managesĀ project timelines and quality, collaborating with client teams andĀ acrossĀ departments.Ā 

  • LeadsĀ meetings to scopeĀ and kick off newĀ projectsĀ as well asĀ toĀ present data results toĀ ourĀ clients andĀ their end clients.Ā 

  • Conducts data analysis, insights generation, critical and analytical thinking; takes an active role in story buildingĀ andĀ can leadĀ aĀ team through reportingĀ at varied levels of complexity.Ā 

  • Actively seeks opportunities to support proposal development with sales partners. Can customize proposals with guidance.Ā 

  • Provides guidance for junior project team members, serving as a go-to for day-to-day questionsĀ Ā 

  • Exhibit critical thinking, seek process improvements, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.Ā

Essential Knowledge & ExperienceĀ Ā 

  • 2+ years of professional experienceĀ inĀ a client serviceĀ market researchĀ roleĀ with exposure to quantitative methodologiesĀ Ā 

  • Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering againstĀ a volume ofĀ competing deadlinesĀ at aĀ fast pace; prior project management experienceĀ Ā 

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., data management / cross tab and other proprietary tools)Ā Ā 

  • Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams and among multiple teamsĀ Ā 

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problemĀ solvingĀ Ā 

  • Exhibits a growth mindset, a can-do attitude, andĀ theĀ ability to take initiativeĀ Ā 

  • Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplinesĀ
