Drive overall digital strategy and associated tactics to meet client’s goals, working closely with account lead(s)Â
Established as leader with the client and across all departmental teams, effectively prioritizing and negotiating needs between all partiesÂ
Effectively manage and develop junior team members (mentoring, training, etc.)Â
Prioritize and manage quarterly priorities and ad-hoc requests to ensure they are executed on time and to client expectations by entire client teamÂ
Ability to problem solve, such as finding solutions for issues not yet attemptedÂ
Proactively share learnings and best practices across the organizationÂ
Establish oneself as an expert within their functional department and client teamÂ
Identify ways to improve team efficiency and effectiveness, such as new processesÂ
Bring new proactive ideas to help meet client goals and grow businessÂ

Ability to consult/educate/negotiate with clients and agency partnersÂ
Effectively communicate paid media insights, reporting, trends, and new initiatives to client/agency partners and vendors Â

Ability to effectively merchandise successes to the client Â
Help educate client team on latest trends, best practices, technologies, etc.Â

Paid social optimizations (proactive and reactive)Â Â
Forecasting and opportunity/gap analysisÂ
Campaign management tools, including bid rules/managementÂ

Monitoring new social trends and products and evaluating application to clientÂ
Research tools/competitive analysisÂ

Deep understanding of social performance campaigns and activationÂ
Help strategists and coordinators develop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s goalsÂ
Responsible for overseeing campaign management including pacing, reporting, optimizations, etc. Â
Ability to develop cross channel performance strategiesÂ
Having a passion for advertising and establishing yourself as a thought leader within the officeÂ
Staying up to date on industry trends and partner updatesÂ
Proactively bringing new opportunities to the teamÂ
Proactively bring new ideas for the account for broader business impactÂ
Ensure proper communication between various agency capabilities and performance teamÂ
Day-to-day lead on client communicationsÂ

What you’ll need to succeed:Â
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience  Â
3+ years of hands-on-keyboard work experience managing paid social media accounts Â
Be a proactive self-starter Â
Possess general knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies Â
Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills Â
Have strong organizational skills as applied through an ability to manage multiple projects at once Â
Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data   Â


$50,000 - $95,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
