Are you a proactive, detail-oriented marketing professional with a knack for managing multiple projects and partners? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to coordinate and execute our digital marketing efforts, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful results in a regulated, customer-focused setting.

 

 

What you’ll be doing:   

  • Lead email marketing strategy and coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, executed and optimized.
  • Oversee relationships with marketing vendors, freelancers, and affiliate partners, tracking contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Support the development and management of affiliate marketing programs, identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate on content creation, SEO optimization, and regulatory compliance across digital channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with social media planning, content coordination, and engagement trend tracking.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice management, and reputation management efforts, including customer review monitoring.

What you'll bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations, ideally in B2C environments.
  • Proven experience working with agencies and external partners to deliver marketing projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital customer acquisition channels.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ and marketing automation tools (preferred).
