About the Role Â
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, lead generation and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. What You’ll DoÂ
- Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness careÂ
- Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer serviceÂ
- Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our servicesÂ
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environmentÂ
- Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for petsÂ
What We’re Looking ForÂ
- Retail and Membership Sales experience (membership sales a plus!) with a passion for helping customers make informed decisionsÂ
- Proactive and coachable, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationshipsÂ
- A passion for dog wellness and safetyÂ
- Retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience is a plusÂ
