Summary
The New Business Consultant supports business growth by ensuring accurate pipeline management, consistent pricing and contracting processes, and high-quality Salesforce inputs. This role partners closely with the Operations team, Producers and cross functional teams to strengthen data integrity, streamline new business workflows, and enhance visibility into revenue opportunities. By aligning tools, processes, and insights, the consultant helps drive more efficient operations and more effective decision making across the business.

Expected Contribution
•    Manage and maintain accurate Salesforce data for new business opportunities, lost business, and client forecasting to support clearer visibility into pipeline and investment needs.
•    Partner with Producers and account teams to ensure complete, high‑quality input into Salesforce and SalesLoft, including activity tracking, opportunity stages, and qualification details.
•    Lead pricing generation and coordination by gathering required inputs from Producer and Unit Manager.
•    Coordinate contracting processes, ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant, and aligned with internal standards.
•    Identify opportunities to streamline processes tied to pricing, contracting, and CRM data; propose and help implement improvements.
•    Provide reporting, dashboards, and insights to leadership on pipeline, win/loss trends, and expected revenue.
•    Support Producer adoption of tools and processes by offering guidance, documentation, and ongoing training as needed.
•    Work collaboratively with Growth Operations leadership to strengthen consistency across offices and support the broader revenue strategy.
 

Compensation and Benefits

The entry base salary offered for this opportunity may vary, and is contingent upon candidate education, skills, abilities, essential competencies, experience, professional designations, unique qualifications, and geographic location.

Performance Bonus: This role may be eligible for an annual performance bonus, based upon the financial performance of the organization and the individual contributions of the Associate.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
•    2–4+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, consulting, or a related commercial support role.
•    Strong proficiency with Salesforce and SalesLoft (or similar CRM/sales engagement tools); ability to troubleshoot, train, and drive adoption across teams.
•    Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights that support pricing, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy.
•    Experience supporting or coordinating pricing processes, RFP development, or client contracting strongly preferred.
•    Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills — able to work with Producers, account teams, Finance, and Leadership.
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
•    Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in documentation, CRM data entry, and reporting.
•    Self‑starter with the ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions that improve efficiency and consistency.
