Key Responsibilities Office Operations Manage office supplies and ensure workspaces remain organized and well-stocked Coordinate with cleaning services and external vendors Handle mail distribution and coordination Answer and direct incoming phone calls Maintain welcome screens and office monitors Employee Engagement & Recognition Coordinate birthday celebrations, sympathy cards, and employee milestones Manage service awards and recognition programs Support administration of company scholarship programs Assist in planning company events (e.g., team gatherings, BBQs) Meetings & Events Coordination Organize meetings, lunches, and off-site events Support coordination for VIP guests and visitors Executive & Administrative Support Provide administrative support to HR and leadership Act as a go-to resource for general office and employee needs Qualifications a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Minimum 2 years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail with the ability to maintain structured systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Why Join Us?
