Job Overview:

The Quotient InsideĀ RegionalĀ AI Product EnablementĀ AnalystĀ supports the AI Capability & Adoption function through structured AI experimentation, prompt engineering, workflow testing, and enablement support. This role focuses on reliable execution, technical fluency, and consistent knowledge capture while developing deeperĀ expertiseĀ in AI tools and workflowsĀ for the Oliver Wyman Center of Excellence for Quotient InsideĀ Americas.Ā 

Working under the direction of theĀ Quotient Inside Product Strategy leadership team and Director of AI Product Enablement, theĀ AnalystĀ contributes to coaching support, prompt refinement, custom GPT testing, and artifact creation that help scale responsible AI usageĀ and adoptionĀ across the firm.Ā 

This is a hands-on contributor role that emphasizes experimentation, documentation, and quality delivery.Ā 

Please Note: Oliver Wyman/Marsh operates a hybrid working policy of 60% in-office attendance

Key responsibilities:

AI Experimentation & Prompt EngineeringĀ 

  • Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use casesĀ the Centre of Excellence may own and manage

  • Support configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistantsĀ for the Center of ExcellenceĀ 

  • Validate outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usabilityĀ 

Workflow Prototyping & Technical SupportĀ 

  • AssistĀ in prototyping lightweight AI workflows under guidanceĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ basic technical constraints and escalate appropriatelyĀ 

  • Support experimentation across AI tools to assess feasibility and usage boundaries ​

Documentation & Living ExemplarsĀ 

  • Build andĀ maintainĀ prompt libraries, living exemplars, and structured guidesĀ for the Centre of ExcellenceĀ 

  • Document tested use cases in reusable formatsĀ 

  • Contribute technical examples and demos to training and enablement materialsĀ 

Coaching Support & Community EngagementĀ 

  • ​Support office hours and working sessionsĀ Ā 

  • Help translate user questions into structured AI promptsĀ or Product Strategy team actions and backlog itemsĀ 

  • Guide colleagues towardĀ appropriate resourcesĀ and exemplarsĀ 

  • Support AI coaching and respond to inbound questionsĀ 

Pattern Awareness & FeedbackĀ 

  • Track recurring questions and usage patternsĀ 

  • Share structured observations with the AIĀ Product Strategy team leadsĀ 

  • Contribute technical input to decks and enablement documentationĀ 

Experience Required:

  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent rolesĀ 

  • Exposure to AI tools and interest in experimentationĀ 

  • Experience supporting documentation or analysis workĀ in collaborative, cross functional environmentsĀ

The applicable base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $130,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
