Job Overview:

TheĀ AI Product EnablementĀ Regional ManagerĀ leads the day-to-day execution of the AI Capability & EnablementĀ teamĀ within Quotient InsideĀ in theĀ Americas. Operating at the intersection of Product Strategy and Product Delivery, this role translates firm-wide AI priorities into structured coaching, triage, experimentation, and scalable guidance.Ā Ā This role willĀ be responsible forĀ developing the acceleration strategy toĀ adopt theĀ firm's AI products acrossĀ the region.Ā 

This role serves as a linchpin between strategicĀ intentĀ practicalĀ executionĀ and hands-on-management — owning the operating rhythms, stakeholder coordination, and workflow management that enable AI usage to scale responsibly across Oliver Wyman. The Manager is both hands-on and systems-oriented, ensuring high-quality enablement whileĀ identifyingĀ patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities.Ā

Key responsibilities:

Execution & Operating Model Delivery

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, ensuring coaching, triage, experimentation, and standards-setting activities run effectivelyĀ 

  • Design and manage structured workflows for intake, routing, escalation, and feedback loopsĀ 

  • Track key performance indicators (e.g., adoption patterns, recurring use cases, response time, enablement effectiveness) and recommend course correctionsĀ 

  • Keep a pre-built performance/analytics dashboardĀ up to dateĀ 

Community Engagement & Triage

  • Monitor OW channels and serve as a clearing house for responding to AI questions and actioning requestsĀ Assess inbound needs and route appropriately:Ā 

  • Direct bugs or platform issues to formal feedback mechanisms

  • Guide general AI usage questions to living exemplars, prompt libraries, or training materialsĀ 

  • Connect teams tackling similar use cases acrossĀ Oliver Wyman and MarshĀ  Ā 

  • Maintain clarity and professionalism in high-frequency interaction with senior and junior colleaguesĀ 

Coaching & AI Experimentation

  • Provide AI coaching through office hours, working sessions, and 1:1 supportĀ withĀ colleaguesĀ whoĀ reach outĀ viaĀ feedback channelsĀ 

  • Guide colleagues in translating ambiguous problems into AI-solvable use casesĀ 

  • Conducting hands-on experimentation with AI tools, including:

    • Meta-prompting refinement

    • Custom GPT configuration

    • Workflow design andĀ prototypingĀ 

  • For high-value or repeatable problems,Ā facilitateĀ sessions that teach approach and thinking — not deliver final outputsĀ 

  • Promote responsible, scalable, and effective AI usage across the regionĀ 

Pattern Capture & Institutional Learning

  • IdentifyĀ recurring patterns across user requests and use casesĀ 

  • Synthesize insights into reusable artifacts (living exemplars, blog posts, short demos, structured guides)Ā 

  • Contribute learning inputs to Product Strategy and the Director of AI Product EnablementĀ in a helpful/usable format at a regular cadenceĀ Ā 

  • When needed, develop repeatable enablement assetsĀ 

Stakeholder Coordination & Project Leadership

  • LeadĀ multiple distinctĀ enablement initiatives from planning through execution (e.g., rollout of new prompting standards, custom GPT playbooks, adoption pilots)Ā within the regionĀ 

  • Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy, Design,Ā Engineering,Ā Training & Comms, and platform teamsĀ 

  • Support roll-out of new AI capabilities within the regionĀ 

  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communicationsĀ Ā 

  • Ensure regional executionĀ remainsĀ aligned with enterprise AI prioritiesĀ 

Regional Leadership and Team ManagementĀ 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Product Enablement AnalystsĀ 

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on continuous learning and exceptional user experienceĀ Ā 

  • Allocate resources across product launches, enablement initiatives, and regional prioritiesĀ Ā 

  • Balance regional business needs whileĀ maintainingĀ alignment with global AI strategyĀ 

  • Responsible forĀ establishingĀ team priorities in alignment with regional and global priorities, operating rhythms, and managing performance expectationsĀ 

Experience Required:

  • 6–9 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related rolesĀ 

  • 3+ years of people management experience, including managing and developing high-performing teamsĀ 

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverablesĀ 

  • Hands-on experience working with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)Ā 

  • ExperienceĀ operatingĀ in professional services or complex, matrixed environments preferredĀ 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Structured operator with strong project management and facilitation skillsĀ including coachingĀ 

  • AI experimentation fluency (meta-prompting, workflow testing, custom GPT exploration)Ā 

  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skillsĀ 

  • Analytical thinker capable ofĀ identifyingĀ patterns and synthesizing insightsĀ 

  • End-user obsessed and committed to practical impactĀ 

  • Comfortable balancing independence with alignment to strategic directionĀ 

The applicable base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
