Pharmacist - As Needed

Description

                                                               This opportunity is Registry  (1-3 shifts/pay period)  

1.  Provide accurate and timely dispensing of medications, in all forms.
2.  Provide drug information, as requested, to patients, staff, and physicians. 
3.  Assists in coordinating and supervising the  pharmacy techs.
4.  Other duties as assigned.   

Requirements

Education and/or Experience  

• 1 year of hospital experience required
• EPIC experience preferred
• PharmD preferred, State of Illinois Registered Pharmacist License required
• Ability to speak and write English to the extent necessary for safety and efficiency,
