About the Position:

Hiring for Project Manager for a large 250-million-dollar city-changing educational research center. The PM will be responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of assigned project sites, including timely and profitable completion professionally. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that management is accurately and fully informed of project status through weekly labor reports, project schedule parameters, and quality measurements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction, architecture, or engineering-related major.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Project Management with general construction and construction management.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry practices, procedures, and market trends.
  • Well-organized, able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
