Regional Sales Consultant

About Arrow

Arrow is an investment management firm that develops innovative investment strategies for Financial Advisors, RIAs, Broker-Dealers, Banks, and institutional investors. Our mission is to help advisors build better portfolios through differentiated investment solutions, thoughtful research, and exceptional service.

We're looking for someone who is curious about investing, enjoys building relationships, and wants to develop a long-term career in investment sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to learn the asset management business, work directly with experienced sales leaders, and grow into a larger territory management role.

What You'll Do

As a Regional Sales Consultant, you'll help financial advisors discover investment solutions that can improve client portfolios. Every day you'll build relationships, educate advisors, identify opportunities, and help grow Arrow's business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop relationships with Financial Advisors, RIAs, Broker-Dealers, and Banks.
  • Prospect new advisor relationships through outbound calling, email campaigns, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct meaningful conversations that uncover advisor needs and investment opportunities.
  • Present Arrow's investment strategies in a clear and consultative manner.
  • Schedule virtual meetings and support Regional Directors with advisor presentations.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Follow up consistently and move opportunities toward funded business.
  • Stay current on investment markets, portfolio construction, and Arrow investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share successful ideas, advisor feedback, and best practices.

What Success Looks Like

Successful Regional Sales Consultants:

  • Build trusted relationships with advisors.
  • Ask thoughtful questions before recommending solutions.
  • Follow through on every opportunity.
  • Stay organized and manage a disciplined sales process.
  • Continuously learn about markets and investing.
  • Help advisors solve problems—not simply sell products.
  • Consistently contribute to territory growth and asset gathering.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services, sales, or client relationship management preferred.
  • Interest in investing, financial markets, and portfolio construction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.

Why Join Arrow?

This isn't just another sales position.

You'll work alongside experienced investment professionals, learn sophisticated investment strategies, and gain exposure to portfolio construction, market research, ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative investments.

If you're motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in one of the most respected areas of the financial services industry.
