Senior Manager Analytics & Capabilities - Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a centralized capabilities and analytics team that partners across RGM and commercial teams to strengthen processes, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions. This role serves as a key enabler of RGM capability development, leading training initiatives, onboarding programs, and standardized processes that strengthen team effectiveness. The position provides flexible support across the RGM organization, managing special projects, complex analyses, and scalable solutions that address evolving business needs. It is responsible for developing and maintaining analytical tools and integrating multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights for RGM and Commercial partners. The role also acts as a critical connector across RGM, Commercial Analytics, and the broader S&CA organization, driving collaboration, capability building, and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities include:

  • RGM Training: Owns the deployment of standardized approaches and processes to streamline and enhance RGM deliverables. Collaborates across RGM teams to identify areas of training/standards needs within the organization, gets buy-in from RGM leadership and shepherds the development of material. Owns and maintains the RGM training roadmap, prioritizing courses based on the needs of the organization. Responsible for onboarding curriculum for new hires.
  • RGM Teamwide Support: Provides ad-hoc analysis and support for high priority initiatives across RGM teams (Trade, Brand, PPA). When appropriate, builds broader solutions (tools, processes, etc.) to address recurring questions.
  • Project Leadership: Leads special RGM projects, complex ad hoc analyses, and ongoing tool maintenance, ensuring accurate outputs, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Tool Development & Maintenance: Manages the creation of new tools in Excel, Power BI, and other software to advance RGM capabilities and improve speed to insight. At times is handling this work individually and at other points providing guidance and delegating. Maintains, updates, and ensures accuracy of existing tools for ongoing development of RGM analytics.
  • Data Integration & Insight Generation: Merges multiple data sources into a unified view for RGM and Commercial partners
  • Connecting with Broader S&CA Team: Owns relationship with the Commercial Analytics team to collaborate on new tool development, prioritize requirements and co-create the development product roadmap. Owns relationship with S&CA training point person to widen scope of RGM training and understand how it fits into the broader team.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a proven track record of delivering results, ideally within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience within RGM.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing projects and teams effectively.
  • Experience developing training content and standards within an organization with an eye for what’s needed to progress an organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of NIQ/Circana (POS, panel, loyalty), financials (in-house & customer) and trade data, as well as other other CPG-related data
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required. Experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc) preferred
  • Experience in utilizing a data lake to develop new capabilities and reports is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate the work of others, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with a customer-service-oriented mindset.

Organizational Relationships:

  • Reports to the Director of Analytics and Capabilities within the RGM organization.
  • Has 1 direct report
  • Works closely with RGM peers supporting brands, collaborates with broader Strategy and Commercial Analytics organization, works across RGM leadership team on training needs.

Salary Range: 140,320 – 173,360 USD

 

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
