Reporting to our Sales Operations Communications Manager, you will support the management and execution of communication processes from brand and headquarters teams to the sales organization. You will help ensure sales readiness through effective communication planning, development of selling materials, cross-functional collaboration, and process coordination. You will also leverage technology and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions to improve communication effectiveness, content management, and operational efficiency across the sales organization.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to improve communication development, content management, sales readiness tracking, and process efficiency.
- Support the management of weekly sales communications, including content review to ensure sales readiness and process coordination to gain Sales Leadership alignment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop new item selling materials that establish clear expectations for presentations, samples, and tools required for customer sell-in.
- Champion the progressive selling platform throughout the development of new item selling materials.
- Support the development and distribution of recall communications for sales operations.
- Manage and enhance sales communication resource platforms to ensure content remains relevant, accessible, and easy to navigate.
- Own the development and maintenance of new item initiative sales readiness tracking files and calendars.
- Coordinate new item sales sample setup and manage related processes with third-party vendors.
- Monitor project timelines and communication deadlines to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of customer-facing selling experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or similar industry preferred.
- Experience developing, coordinating, and organizing communications for internal and external audiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience presenting information in group settings.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting critical deadlines.
- Experience with artificial intelligence-powered assistants such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Project management experience.
- Strategic thinking skills with demonstrated success influencing and collaborating across multiple levels of an organization.
- Negotiation and relationship management skills.

CompensationÂ
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
