PURPOSE AND PERFORMANCE GOALS: All employees shall strive to provide exceptional hospitality to both internal and external guests at all times. This associate will be responsible for exemplifying the Maverick Hotel and Restaurants Culture as well as providing promotional expertise for the location as both a destination and a harmonious work environment.


Drive Revenue Growth

  • Prospect and secure new business.
  • Develop strategic account plans that grow market share and increase hotel revenue.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and client engagement.
  • Achieve established monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Build Lasting Client Relationships

  • Develop trusted relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and community partners.
  • Conduct professional hotel tours and client presentations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that drives repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate Across Departments

  • Partner with Revenue Management, Operations, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure successful execution of business.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, account management, and forecasting within Delphi.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase business.
