No school bus experience necessary! We will provide training for you to get your CDL and required endorsements!

We are proud to offer:

Current rate: $22.65 - $29.20 per hour
Pay is based on experience, see location for details *
Paid weekly
No weekends required
Time off during school holidays
Weekly Attendance Bonus - $2.00 per hour (must work Monday - Friday, all shifts AM & PM)*

Hours:

Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the A.M./P.M. route package*
Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters
Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks

As an Illinois Central School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:

Meet and greet students with a smile and positive attitude
Safely transport passengers
Assists students in the loading and unloading process
Good verbal communication skills

Requirements:

At least 21 years old
Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
Pass a background check, drug screen & physical
