We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Chicago office and play a key role in leading client engagements, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality financial advisory services.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Associate, you will manage multiple client engagements while serving as a trusted advisor and mentor within the organization. Responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple engagements across service lines, overseeing financial modeling, analysis, and research
- Preparing client deliverables, including valuation reports, presentations, information memoranda, and marketing materials
- Coaching, mentoring, and reviewing the work of interns, analysts, and associates
- Leading client and partner meetings, presenting findings and explaining complex financial analyses
- Managing document collection, retention, and engagement workflows
- Supporting business development efforts through webinars, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives
- Participating in internal projects and firm-wide initiatives that drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1ā2 years of experience as an Associate or in a similar financial advisory, valuation, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance role
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and corporate finance principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
