As a Senior Associate SEO/AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Strategist on the Paid Media Team, you'll turn search data and trends into a forward-looking roadmap- partnering with LOB and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that drive measurable growth.
Working across the Media team and with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will translate search insights and trends into an actionable SEO/AEO strategy to boost search visibility and conversions. You will partner closely with LOB stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and execute on SEO/AEO strategic roadmaps and create executive-ready narratives to report on results. This role requires a SEO/AEO expert, with strength in content strategy and search performance analytics, experience influencing AEO or AI discovery strategies, and a demonstrated track record of driving measurable results through SEO/AEO. The ideal candidate would also have a proven ability to build a search strategy using data and search trends and translate that analysis into an executive narrative.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze organic performance, shifts in customer intent, and competitive movement to inform content strategy and channel priorities across owned web experiences.
- Bring a clear point of view on AI-powered discovery, optimizing content to be surfaced and cited in AI answers/overviews and other answer-first experiences- and convert emerging patterns into actionable content, information architecture, and optimization recommendations.
- Build and own a content roadmap mapped to intent and funnel stage, audit existing content for accuracy and relevance, and improve underperforming pages to lift discoverability and conversion.
- Create executive-level presentations quickly and communicate insights, recommendations, and performance updates with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders.
- Own channel reporting: convert performance data into prioritized insights, recommendations, and next actions for partners and leadership. Connect SEO/AEO performance to business outcomes (e.g. conversions, qualified traffic, impressions)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify top-down themes, then validate them with bottom-up opportunity sizing, forecasts, and test-and-learn plans.
- Provide strategic and executional leadership across your line-of-business stakeholders and partners in Content, Web, Analytics, and channel teams.
