The Senior Graphic Designer delivers innovative and strategic graphic design solutions that support the vision and sales objectives of the company. This role oversees graphic projects from concept through completion, coordinating all related details to ensure high-quality execution. This position supports the Graphics Department as a whole by contributing to the design, signage, and custom-built graphic projects, while also assisting with the general maintenance and inventory of department supplies, tools, and equipment. The Senior Graphic Designer reports directly to the Graphics Manager and may receive direction from the Graphics Assistant Manager, Event Directors, and other Creative Services team members.

Essential Duties | What You’ll Do - The Fun Stuff
- Design and produce compelling, visually engaging conceptual and computer-generated graphics using current Mac-based software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) for a variety of event décor applications.
- Interpret and refine designs to bring event themes and client visions to life.
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to achieve cohesive, high-level design aesthetics aligned with project goals.
- Coordinate, prioritize, proofread, and produce logos, collateral materials, custom signage, and environmental graphics across multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Manage time effectively to consistently meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized digital file systems across computers, servers, and storage platforms.
- May assume project management responsibilities as needed.
- Participate in internal meetings as a department representative; collaborate with Sales and Production Managers to define project objectives and creative concepts.
- Prepare pull sheets and detailed visual instructions for graphic production teams to assemble samples and event deliverables.

- Complete required Human Resources and Payroll tasks through the Employee Self-Service Portal in a timely manner.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications | What You Need to Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BFA) in Graphic Design required.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in current creative and production software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with UV printing preferred.
- Strong conceptual design skills and refined aesthetic judgment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and collaborative team mindset.
- Experience with large-scale graphic design is a plus.
