Overview

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Staff Analytics Consultant, Strategic Accounts to serve as an expert, client-facing analytics leader across a portfolio of strategic accounts within Epsilon Digital Media Solutions. You will help leading brands make smarter marketing and media decisions by redefining complsophisticated into actionable strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

 

Partnering closely with Sales Client Leads, agency teams, and client collaborators, you will own the analytics relationship for assigned accounts. You will develop forward-looking recommendations, analytics roadmaps, and measurement strategies that support client objectives and Epsilon’s growth priorities.

 

In this highly visible role, you will move client engagements from reactive analysis to proactive, analytics-driven account planning. You will build trusted relationships, educate partners on Epsilon’s platform and Connected Identity capabilities, influence campaign and measurement decisions, and ensure analytical work clearly demonstrates Epsilon’s differentiated value.

 

You will apply hands-on technical expertise to frame complex business questions, establish analytical approaches, guide delivery partners, evaluate outputs, and translate findings into compelling recommendations. You will also harness AI-enabled tools and standardized frameworks to improve the speed, consistency, and impact of analytical delivery.

Responsibilities

Shape Analytics Strategy

  • Partner with Sales Client Leads to establish the analytical direction for strategic client accounts.
  • Develop client-specific recommendations and analytics roadmaps that align with business objectives and Epsilon’s growth priorities.
  • Ensure analytical work advises media and audience strategy, campaign planning, measurement, and optimization.
  • Translate sophisticated data and analytical findings into clear, persuasive business narratives for senior internal and external collaborators.
  • Synthesize findings across analyses and workstreams to identify broader themes, opportunities, risks, and strategic implications.

Build Consultative Client Partnerships

  • Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to Sales, agency, and client partners.
  • Build relationships that allow analytics to influence planning and investment decisions earlier in the process.
  • Educate clients and agency partners on Epsilon Digital, Connected Identity, and measurement capabilities using relevant data and business context.
  • Strengthen Epsilon’s competitive edge through data-driven proof points, differentiated strategies, and outcome-based recommendations.
  • Identify partner misalignment, analytical risks, or potential barriers early and collaborate across teams to maintain alignment.
  • Raise sophisticated issues and risks appropriately while helping collaborators navigate potential solutions.

Lead Analytical Direction and Quality

  • Translate business needs into clearly defined analytical questions, objectives, hypotheses, success criteria, and recommended approaches.
  • Provide delivery partners with clear requirements, business context, assumptions, data needs, and interpretation guidance.
  • Review and challenge analytical plans, methodologies, outputs, and recommendations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and defensibility.
  • Apply hands-on analytical expertise and technical judgment when evaluating large, sophisticated, record-level datasets.
  • Ensure client-facing deliverables connect analytical findings to business impact, clear recommendations, and actionable next steps.
  • Manage multiple analytical workstreams while prioritizing client urgency, business impact, and available capacity.

Advance Measurement Strategy

  • Develop measurement strategies and analytical approaches that demonstrate Epsilon’s impact and support informed client decision-making.
  • Help clients understand how Epsilon’s measurement capabilities work alongside third-party platforms and existing measurement frameworks.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify measurement gaps and align on methodology, timing, and interpretation.
  • Develop points of view and recommendations that help clients understand performance, identify optimization opportunities, and achieve stronger outcomes.
  • Influence measurement frameworks where appropriate to ensure they effectively address client objectives and reflect Epsilon’s value.

Enable AI-Powered Analytics

  • Use AI-enabled tools and standardized workflows to improve the speed, consistency, and scalability of analytical delivery.
  • Apply experienced analytical judgment to review AI-assisted analysis plans, outputs, and recommendations before client use.
  • Maintain appropriate human oversight, validation, and accountability when using AI-enabled tools.
  • Help develop repeatable frameworks, reusable analyses, and scalable points of view that improve team effectiveness.
  • Partner with delivery, enablement, and development teams to provide feedback that improves analytical tools and workflows.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring With You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Eight or more years of proven experience in analytics, marketing measurement, digital media, consulting, advertising technology, marketing technology, media agencies, publishing, or another data-driven business environment.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing analytics, strategy, consulting, or measurement leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform sophisticated analyses using large, record-level datasets, including advertising impressions, site visitation, online or offline sales, customer, audience, or campaign performance data.
  • Hands-on experience with coding, data extraction, analytical methodology, and the interpretation of sophisticated analytical outputs.
  • Strong eye for business and the ability to connect analytics with client business models, marketing objectives, and decision-making priorities.
  • Ability to anticipate which insights will be most valuable to clients and explain why they matter.
  • Demonstrated success translating sophisticated data and technical concepts into persuasive business narratives and executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience influencing a range of internal and external collaborators, including Sales leaders, agency teams, client marketers, analytics teams, and product partners.
  • Experience developing measurement strategies, test designs, and client-facing insights that advise marketing and media investment decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams and prioritize effectively based on business impact, client urgency, and available capacity.
  • Strong judgment with the ability to balance analytical rigor, speed, scalability, and client needs.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with evolving tools, workflows, client expectations, and organizational priorities.

Why You Might Stand Out From Other Talent

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with identity-level measurement approaches, including closed-loop measurement or multi-touch attribution.
  • Experience with aggregate measurement approaches, including marketing mix modeling.
  • Knowledge of incrementality testing and experimental design.
  • Familiarity with digital measurement and reporting platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI-enabled analytics workflows, assisted coding tools, automation, or standardized analytical frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert sophisticated analytics into recommendations that influence marketing or media investment decisions.
  • Experience working with large brands, media agencies, advertising technology companies, marketing technology organizations, publishers, or other sophisticated client environments.

Compensation Range: USD $112,800.00 - USD $209,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
