When the General Manager or Assistant Manager is away, you keep operations running smoothly, the team energized, and guests leaving happy (and satisfied!).  What You’ll Do: Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns Know when to escalate issues to store leadership  Perks You’ll Love: Key holder opportunities with open/close responsibilities Flexible scheduling with 20–40 hours per week Free on-duty shift meals + employee discounts on Auntie Anne’s favorites Training and development opportunities to support career growth Free uniforms Eligible benefits may include: health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k)  What We’re Looking For: Must be 18 years or older 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays) TB clearance required (if applicable by location) 0–1 year of food service or retail experience Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins) Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems) Ability to taste-test products for quality Cash handling and customer service experience a plus Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days) High school diploma or equivalent experience Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus  Ready to Lead with Flavor? Join the Auntie Anne’s team and roll your passion, leadership, and future into one great opportunity. Apply today and help us serve joy—one pretzel at a time!  Qualifications
