Site Supervisor Summary: Â

Security Officer Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests
- Â Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders.
- ·Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.
- Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security
- Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of designatedsite.
- All responsibilities are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner and in accordance with United Security Services and clients.
- Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
- Scheduling
- Payroll and recruitment duties
- Other responsibilities may apply
Security Officer Supervisor Requirements:
- PERC Card required
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- Some Supervisory (or law enforcement/military) experience required
- Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours

Security Officer Supervsior Qualifications:
- Security experience
- Ex-law enforcement
- Military service
