Essential Functions & Responsibilities Â
Â
Yield Standards Implementation & Governance: Lead implementation and governance of yield standards in North America, aligned to global metric definitions and reporting standards.Â
Yield Performance Management: Monitor yield performance, support performance routines, and drive follow-through on gaps and loss opportunities.Â
KHMS Coaching & Adoption: Own KHMS adoption across one manufacturing Pod, coaching plant managers and plant staff on routines, behaviors, and execution discipline to improve KPI performance.Â
Capability Building & Problem Solving: Support problem solving, capability building, and sharing of best practices across their Pod.Â
Digital Tool Adoption: Partner with digital and cross-functional teams to strengthen tool adoption and performance visibility.Â

Expected Experience & Required SkillsÂ
Bachelor of Science degree requiredÂ
8+ years of manufacturing experience required, preferably in high-speed CPG manufacturingÂ
3+ years of experience in KHMS, Operational Excellence, or continuous improvement requiredÂ
Strong understanding of KPI management, yield improvement, and performance routinesÂ
Proven ability to coach leaders and frontline teams and drive execution through influenceÂ
Strong cross-functional partnership, communication, and problem-solving skillsÂ
Ability to translate standards into practical plant-level executionÂ

Work Environment & ScheduleÂ
This position is considered a ​Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc.​ Additionally, this role requires ​normal working hours and travel up to 50%.​ Â

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,800.00 - $151,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
