We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to join our pretzel team and help create those feel-good experiences for every guest. What You’ll Do: Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards Operate registers and handle cash accurately Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines Perks You’ll Love: Flexible scheduling with 20–40 hours per week Free on-duty shift meals + employee discounts on Auntie Anne’s favorites Paid training—no prior experience required Opportunities to grow into leadership roles Free uniforms Eligible benefits may include: health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) What We’re Looking For: Must be 18 years or older Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays) TB clearance required (if applicable by location) 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins) Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems Ability to taste test products for quality Strong teamwork and customer service skills Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days) High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems Ready to Roll?
