Store Merchandiser

Description

The Retail Merchandiser role provides merchandising coverage to achieve superior in-store results for an assigned retail territory. Point-of-sale interaction is required and the ability to impact sales positively. Personal vehicle is required. Day shift (7 am to 4 pm) No weekends. Mileage reimbursement monthly will be provided.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Build & maintain professional relationships with store management & associates.

Set up & maintain in-store planograms

Responsible for new product implementation on store shelves

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Requirements

Work Experience-Requirement

• One year experience in dealing with the public at the retail sales level
• Able to lift 25 pounds
• Have a valid driver license and be able to drive their personal vehicle
• Willing and able to work in refrigerated and freezer sections of the retail store
• Good vision and ability to operate a calculator, telephone, and copier
• Stand and/or walk for long periods
• Comfortably interact with the public
• Professional appearance & demeanor
• Familiar with Excel & Word
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fully bilingual in Spanish (ability to speak, read, & write) preferred

Salary and Benefits

1. Salary range: $45,000-$50,000 (Base Salary)
2. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and paid holidays
