Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Total Rewards Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a highly organized HR operations professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, leveraging technology, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
Your Responsibilities
Facilitate Payroll Operations
- Support and approve payroll processing for a multi-state multi-company workforce.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
- Partner with Finance to support audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Drive payroll process improvements.
Facilitate Employee Benefits Operations
- Oversee health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs.
- Support annual open enrollment.
- Support broker, carrier, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure benefit invoices and premiums are reconciled monthly.
Partner with HRIS Administration & Optimization
- Maintain employee data integrity and security.
- Support upgrades, testing, reporting, and system enhancements.
- Support the development of dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Support UKG enhancements.
Lead and Develop the Team

- Coach and mentor team member(s).
- Establish priorities and support development.
- Ensure day-to-day administration is timely and accurate.

What We Require
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.
- 5+ years of payroll, benefits, HRIS, or HR operations experience.
- Experience with UKG preferred.
Operational Details
- Job location is based at Scion’s Chicago corporate headquarters.
- Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours, with flexibility during peak periods or system implementations.

The base salary range for this full-time position is base + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
